摘要
介绍了ZZP1250AG型减速器替代ZHG型提升机减速器的改造方法。通过改造,消除了设备存在的安全隐患,提高了设备效率。针对原减速器出现的问题,加装了电动机制动装置,减少了对减速器的冲击,使减速器的使用寿命大大延长。
This paper introduces a reforming method of ZZP1250AG decelerator replacing the elevator of ZHG. Through reformation, the equipment efficiency is raised and potential safety hazard which has been in machine is killed . Moreover, the additional motor brake reduces the impact to the decelerator and makes the service life of the decelerator lengthen greatly.
