摘要
随着CAD技术的发展,Pro/E、UG等软件在我国许多行业得到了广泛的应用,在这些平台上开发符合国标的模架库,以适应我国注塑模具的设计与开发。论述了在Pro/E环境下,利用其相关功能,建立中小型注射模三维标准模架库的具体过程。实践证明,该系统大大提高了模具设计的效率。
With the development of CAD (Computer Aided Design) technique, the CAD software such as Pro/E, UG etc. is widely applied in many fields in our country. The work of exploiting standard mould base library, which is according to the standard of our country, in order to meet injection mold design and develop of our country. This paper discusses a procedure of the establishment of 3D standard mould base library of injection mould based on Pro/E using correlative function. The system greatly increases the efficiency of mold design.
