摘要
形位公差是机械设计和制造过程中重要参数之一,它对加工成本和产品质量有很大影响,以最低制造成本为目标,根据成本-公差间的函数关系,建立非线性公差优化模型,并将遗传算法应用于形位公差优化设计中,能有效地解决形位公差类型的选择、大小及基准的确定。通过实例验证该算法可行、有效。
Tolerance is one of the most important parameters in design and manutacturing. It has significant impact on manufacturing cost and product quality. The least - manufacturing - cost criterion and non - linear optimization model are established based on the cost - tolerance relationship. Genetic algorithm is employed to solve allocation of tolerance types and values. The example illustrated that the optimization model is correct and the solution is reliable.
