摘要
提高剑杆织机自动化水平,增加织物产品的适应能力,是剑杆织机的发展趋势。在研究分离筘座式挠性剑杆织机引纬方式基础上,提出了用交流伺服系统实现一种新型的引纬方法,该方法与传统剑杆引纬方法相比,减少了传动环节及部件之间的摩擦,提高了运动准确性,并且增加了织物和产品的适应能力。
The trends of rapier looms is improving its automation and increasing its adaptability for weaving product . this paper presents a new method to the electrometric insertion by AC servo controlling technique, Comparing with the traditional method, this kind of insertion has little transmission agent , decrease the friction between the mechanism and improve the move accuracy.
