摘要
本文通过１８例胃肠道异位胰腺的资料分析，对胃肠道异位胰腺的临床特点、诊断、治疗进行了讨论．提示，对久治不愈的溃疡和原因不明的反复消化道出血，应考虑到本病的可能，以便得到正确的诊断和及时的治疗．
the records of 18 patients with pancreatic heterotopia who underwent laparotomy and pathological diagnosis from 1982 to 1994 were reviewed.The clinical characteristics,diagnostic approach and management of pancreatic heterotopia were discussed.It was conaluded that pancreatic heterotopia should be suspected in two categories of patients:1.patients with peptic ulcer which is refractory to medical treatment.2.patientswith recurrent gastrintestinal bleeding,the cause of bleeding is unknown.
