摘要
图书馆作为传播信息的特殊的服务行业组织,有自己的组织文化,然而,新技术的发展和应用,又使得它面临着历史性的变革。图书馆管理者必须正视图书馆发展中存在的深层次问题,把握其内在特质,调整其管理策略,加强图书馆组织文化建设,提高组织活动效率。
Library, a special service organization to spread information, has its own organization. Yet, with the development and apolication of new technology, it is confronted with historical changes. Library administrator must acknowledge essential problems caused by the development of library, grasp its essence, adjust its managing strategies, strengthen its organization and improve its efficiency.
