摘要
网络生活正成为青少年犯罪的温床与土壤。网络以其隐蔽性、开放性、自由性对现代青少年的文化模式、道德观念、生活方式产生强烈的负面效应。应当坚持“德法并举,技术为辅”的原则,构建“网络和谐社会”,为青少年打造“数字化乐园”与“信息化净土”。
Network life is becoming the hotbed and soil of juvenile delinquency. Network, which is characterized by its secrecy, openness, and liberty, is exerting strong negative effectiveness on the culture patterns, moral values and life styles of modem teenagers. Therefore, it is quite necessary to build up a harmonious network society by adhering to the principle of carrying on both moral and legal education at the same time aided by technology so as to construct “a digitalized amusement park” as well as to provide “purified information soil” for youngsters.
