广东省普宁市鼠疫监测结果分析

摘要 目的获取鼠疫宿主动物和传播媒介的疫情资料,为鼠疫防治提供科学依据。方法采用夹夜法对捕获鼠进行病原学与血清学监测。结果捕获1241只鼠形动物,以褐家鼠和黄胸鼠为主,分别占60·15%、37·09%,野鼠以黄毛鼠为主,占95·25%;捕获鼠体蚤95匹,主要是印鼠客蚤、缓慢细蚤和适存病蚤,分别占42·11%、36·84%、21·05%;家鼠鼠体蚤指数为2·70,其中印鼠客蚤指数为1·55,野鼠鼠体蚤指数为0·75,家鼠染蚤率达60%;病原学和血清监测均未发现阳性检材。结论捕获家鼠仍以黄胸鼠为主,主要媒介印鼠客蚤,是家鼠鼠体优势种。当前,在国内、外鼠疫流行呈上升态势,近年西北染疫动物(如旱獭)不断输入广东省的情况下,一旦有传染源传入,就有引起鼠疫流行的危险,应不断加强监测工作。 Objective To understand the infection status of host animals and vectors responsible for transmission of plague and Provide scientific information for making control measures in Purring City. Methods Night traps were used for capturing host animals and Pathological as well as serological run survey were conducted during the monitoring activities, Results Totally 1241 rats were caught and analyzed. Among the domestic rats Rattus norvegieus and Rattus flavipectus predominated, accounted for 60.15 % and 37.09%, respectively; While Rattus losea predominated among the wild rats comprised 95.25 %, Of the 95 fleas captured Fleas indian rat, , and accounted for 42.11%, 36.84% and 21.05%, respectively. The flea index in domestic rats was 2,70, of which 1.55 for Flea Indian rat, 0.75 for, the flea - carrying rate of the rats was 60.00 %, NO positive samples was detected with pathological and serological survey, Conclusion Rattus norvegieus was the principal host animals of plague captured and tflea Indian rat , the main transmission vector for plague predominate in domestic rats. At present, plague shows an ascending entdency at home and abroad. In recent years the infected animals (for instance) has been incessant imported into Guangdong Provine, thus there is the threat of plague outbreak in case the infectious sources introduced in this area. Therefore monitoring and control work be strengthened in the future for preventing the occurrence of plague in Purling City.
