脑电双频指数在心脏手术麻醉中的临床应用 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨脑电双频指数在快通道心脏手术麻醉中的临床应用价值. 方法实行心脏手术92例病人,分成实验组和对照组.实验组应用脑电双频指数协助医师相应改变心脏麻醉药量,指导心脏麻醉实施快通道技术.即术毕1~6h拔出病人气管导管,恢复自主呼吸,减少机械通气引起的肺不张和肺部感染. 结果 46例实验组病人,心脏麻醉在脑电双频指数监测下,病人拔除气管导管时间平均(5.52±3.06)h,和对照组比有差异显著性(P<0.01).无并发症出现,符合快通道心脏麻醉要求.芬太尼用量(12.79±5.79)ug/kg;病人住院费用(3.0122±1.3763)万元.由于镇静药减少,呼吸机带管时间缩短,相应减少住院费用. 结论在脑电双频指数监测指导下实现快通道心脏麻醉安全可行,实施快通道麻醉在心脏病的治疗中达到了提高医疗质量、降低医疗成本的目的.
