外半导电层对地电容与XLPE电缆绕组暂态特性 被引量:2

Influence of the Capacitance of Outer Semiconducting Layers Against Ground on Transient Response of Cable Windings

摘要 为了解交联聚乙烯(XLPE)电缆绕组变压器绕组外半导电层的对地电容对电缆绕组暂态特性的影响,改变试验绕组外半导电层对地电容进行对比试验,并基于前期仿真模型建立了考虑外半导电层对地电容影响的模型。试验和仿真的对比结果表明,绕组外半导电层对地电容对这类绕组暂态特性的影响较小。 It is important to study the influence of the capacitance of outer semiconducting layers against ground in the XLPE insulation cable transformer on transient response of this kind of transformer. In this paper experiment on the testing model before and alter changing the capacitance of outer semiconducting layers against ground. Basing on the circuit model, which brought out in , a high frequency transient circuit model of cable windings is presented, in which the influence of the capacitance of outer semiconducting layers against ground is taken into account. Through comparing the computed results and measured, it is concluded that the capacitance of outer semieonducting layers against ground by itself has little effect on transient response of this kind of windings.
