镀镍对多元替代低钴贮氢合金的电化学性能影响 被引量:2

Effects of the Electrochemical Property of Electroless Nickel Plating on Multi-alloying Low-Co Hydrogen Storage Alloy

摘要 研究了化学镀镍对低钴贮氢合金粉末颗粒形态和电化学性能的影响。结果表明,镀镍能明显提高低钴贮氢合金的放电容量、1C高倍率放电性能及循环稳定性,对活化性能亦有改善。SEM分析表明,化学镀镍过程中伴有吸氢反应。分析了镀镍对低钴贮氢合金电化学性能的影响机理。 The effects of electroless nickel plating on the particles morphology and the electrochemical properties of low-Co hydrogen storage alloy were investigated. The results showed that the electroless nickel plating could increase the discharge capacity, 1 C discharge properties and cycle stability obviously, and could also improve the activation. The SEM morphology showed that hydrogen reaction was found during the process of nickel plating. The mechanism of nickel plating effects on the electrochemical properties of low-Co hydrogen storage alloy was discussed.
