摘要
目的:研究长柄七叶树的皂苷类成分,寻找新的七叶树皂苷资源.方法:对长柄七叶树乙醇提取物的乙酸乙酯和正丁醇两部分进行化学成分研究,并利用各种化学、光谱技术鉴定结构.结果:从长柄七叶树得到3个三萜类化合物和1个香豆素类化合物,经鉴定为原七叶树皂苷元(1)、21-当归酰基-原七叶树皂苷元(2)、21β-当归酰基-原七叶皂苷配基-3β-O-[β-D-吡喃葡萄糖基(1-2)][β-D-吡喃葡萄糖基(1-4)] β-D-吡喃葡萄糖醛酸(3)和异秦皮苷(4).结论:化合物1~4均为该植物首次分离得到.
AIM : To study the saponins from the seeds of Aesculus assamica Griff, and explore a new source of esein-like saponins. METHOD: The ethyl acetate and n-BuOH fractions from EtOH ext. of Aesculus assamica were studied. Chromatography and spectral analysis were used to isolate and elucidate the constituents. RESULT: Two triterpenoid aglycons together with one triterpenoid saponin and one coumarin glycoside were identified as protoaeseigenin ( 1 ), 21-angeloyl-protoaescigenin (2), 21β-angeloyl-protoaeseigenin-3β- O-[β- D-glucopyranosyl ( 1-2)] [ β-D-glucopyranosyl ( 1-4 )] β-D-glucopyranosiduronic acid ( 3 ), and isofraxoside ( 4 ). CONCLUSION: Compounds 1 ~ 4 were first identified from the seeds of Aesculus assamiea.
