摘要
油气资源是重要的能源矿产和战略性资源。我国油气资源的特点是总量比较丰富、质量较差和区域分布不均。目前产量和储量增长处于上升阶段,但对国民经济和社会发展的保障程度将越来越低。为提高我国油气资源保障能力,应加强东、中、西部和近海石油勘探;大力发展中、西部和近海天然气勘探;加强油气资源基础调查评价;“走出去”勘探国外油气资源。
Petroleum and gas resources are important energy and strategy resources.Petroleum and gas resources in China show the next characteristics: amount is many and quality is bad relatively,regional distribution is not balanced.Output and reserves of petroleum and gas resources increase gradually,but the ability of ensuring national economic and social development will be lower and lower.In order to enhance the ensuring ability,should be taken the next measures: strengthen petroleum and gas resource exploration in east,central and west regions and inshore area of China;enhance basic investigation and assessment of petroleum and gas resources;pay more attention to petroleum and gas resource exploration and exploitation outside China.
