摘要
目的观察保肝汤对慢性乙型病毒性肝炎的临床疗效。方法将146例慢性乙型病毒性肝炎患者随机分为2组。治疗组100例采用保肝汤治疗,对照组46例采用澳泰乐冲剂加促肝细胞生长素治疗。2组均3个月为1个疗程,1个疗程后观察疗效。结果治疗组总有效率93.0%,对照组总有效率86.9%,2组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论保肝汤治疗慢性乙型病毒性肝炎疗效确切。
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Baogan decoction on patients with chronic hepatitis B. Methods 146 patients with chronic hepatitis B were randomly divided into two groups. 100 patients in the treatment group were administrated with Baogan decoctionl. 46 patients in the control group were given Aotaile decoction and Hepatocyte Growth- promoting Factors injection. The therapeutic effect was observed in 3 months in both groups. Results The total effective rate was 93%in the treatment group and 86.3% in the control group, and there was a significant difference between the two groups （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion The Baogan decoction has a definite effec on chronic hepatitis B.
