摘要
作者观察了45例分别处于甲状腺功能亢进和缓解状态的Graves病患者和15例正常对照者的IL-2/IL-2R系统改变,发现甲亢期患者存在高水平的血清IL-2R(sIL-2R),外周血中有大量表达IL-2R-α链的活化细胞及PBMC产生IL-2能力低下。随着病情好转,上述各指标趋于正常。IL-2同IL-2R-α^+细胞百分数和sIL-2R量相关。推测IL-2/IL-2R系统的异常是Graves病免疫发病机制之一。
Changes in IL-2/IL-2R system in 25 patients with thyrotoxic Graves disease and 20 eu-thyroids were investigated and compared with those of 15 normal controls. The thyrotoxic patients showed a high concentration of serum sIL-2R and a large amount of circulating IL-2R-α- cells but a decreased production of IL-2 by PBMC. However, these abnormalities had a tendency to become normal with improvement of the disease. The IL-2 was correlated with the percentage of IL-2R-α- cells and sIL-2R. This study may provide clues to the im-munopathogenesis in Graves Disease.
