摘要 目的:了解涎腺腺样囊性癌(SACC)中Slit蛋白和其受体Robo的表达并探讨其在肿瘤嗜神经侵袭中的意义。方法:对34例SACC进行组织分型、嗜神经性分组,同时应用免疫组化方法,对SACC中Slit/Robo的表达进行检测。结果:有嗜神经现象、临床复发的SACC病例中Slit/Robo的表达较无嗜神经现象、临床无复发的病例显著升高(P<0.05)。结论:Slit/Robo在不同分组SACC中均存在不同程度的阳性表达。Slit/Robo与SACC的嗜神经性、临床复发具有密切关系。 Objective: To investigate the expression of Slit protein and its receptor Robo protein in human salivary adenoid cystic carcinoma (SACC) and their effects in neural invasive ability. Methods: According to tissue types and neural invasive ability of SACC, the expression of Slit and Robo proteins were detected with immunohistochemical assay from 34 cases. Results: The expression of Slit and Robo proteins in the cases of neurotropism and recurrence significantly increased as compared with that in the cases of non - neural invasion and non - recurrence, (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion: These results suggested that Slit and Robo proteins were expressed in SACC. Slit and Robo proteins may have relations with neurotropism and recurrence of SACC.
