摘要
高校校园文化是生长发展在高等教育环境中的一种独特的文化现象。高校校园文化具有思想导向、力量凝聚、行为约束、社会辐射和生活激励等功能,它与课堂教学文化一起共同服务于高校人才培养的需要。新时期加强高校校园文化必须坚持弘扬主旋律、服务于办学方向、注重整体性、坚持创新性和重视学生的个性发展的原则。
University campus culture is a kind of unique culture phenomenon which is growing in the higher education environment. University campus culture have many functions, such as, thought leading, strength condensing, behavior restraining, the social radiation and life encouraging. It serves the need of university＇ s personnel training together with class room instruction culture. Strengthening university＇s campus culture in new period must insist on carrying forward the theme, serve the direction of running a school, pay attention to globality, and insist on the innovative principle and paying attention to student＇s individual character development.
