单细胞藻类在虾夷扇贝育苗中的应用

摘要 以湛江叉鞭金藻为主、盐藻为辅投喂虾夷扇贝的结果,使虾夷扇贝幼虫浮游期缩短了5~6d,日生长平均为10.6μm,最快时达到14.6μm,附着率达51.2%,育出壳高590μm稚贝,平均单位水体育苗441万个/m^(3),成倍提高了虾夷扇贝单位水体出苗量. The feeding result of the test of taking Dicrateia zhanjiangsis Hu. var. sp as the main food and Dunaliella spp. as the supplementary food of ezo scallop Patinopecten yessoensis was that the seedling period was shortened by five to six days. The daily growth rate of seedlings averaged 10. 6μm with 14.6μm as the greatest. The adhesive rate reached 51. 2% and shell height at the end of seedling period was 590μm. The yield of the scallop seedling per unit seawater doubled compared with the normal feeding group.
