摘要
企业品牌的打造和经营,必须以诚信为其坚实的基础。作为培育利输送人才的高校,诚信教育同样显得十分重要和必要。如果我们把学生当成是合格的“产品”,无疑我们需要“品牌”的培育,同时也不应忽略对“品牌”进行维护。优秀的品牌,合格的人才,都有赖于以诚信为核心的文化滋养。借鉴企业界一些优秀品牌经营的策略和方法,对于搞好高校大学生的诚信教育,不管是在战略意义上,还是在操作层面土,都给我们许多启示。
The construction and management of brands must be firmly based on credibility. The credibility education of students is vital and necessary in colleges and universities, where talented people are cultivated. If students are regarded as “qualified products”, undoubtedly, it is necessary to cultivate their brands and to maintain the brands as well. Both outstanding brands and qualified talents depend on the nourishment of credibility-based cultures. It can bring us many revelations in the respect of strategy or operation to borrow some tactics and methods on brand management in business world and apply them to the credibility education of students so as to improve the credibility education in colleges and universities.
