摘要
行政垄断问题在我国经济生活中非常突出,尽管在某些方面,行政垄断是必须的,但就大多数情况而言,却严重影响市场经济的公平竞争。就行政垄断问题从行政垄断的法律界定、产生原因、危害及消除对策方面进行了论述。
The administrative monopoly is a prominent problem in our economy. Although it is necessary on some aspects, on the whole, its existence does harm to the fair competition in market economy. This paper discusses the problem of administrative monopoly from its legal definition, its causes, its harm and the method of eliminating countermeasures.
