结合国家图书馆二期工程暨国家数字图书馆的建设思路和发展前景,概述该工程的建设目标、建设步骤、框架体系、资源模型、业务流程、软硬件技术应用、标准规范以及遇到的相关问题,并详细介绍国家数字图书馆建设的四大体系和八大中心的功能及作用。
In a combination with the construction and development perspective of National Digital Library, the paper presents the target, schedule, framework,resource model, workflow, hardware and software application, standards and related issues for National library of China in Phase Ⅱ and National Digital Library of China Project. In addition, the paper also introduces the roles and functions of 4 systems and 8 centers of National Digital Library.
