摘要
建立了1 676 mm四机架冷连轧机液压压下(HGC)系统轧制力方式下的控制模型,使用Matlab软件对此方式下液压压下系统的动态特性进行了仿真,确定该系统是稳定的.通过对影响液压压下系统动态特性因素的分析,找出了提高系统稳定性及响应性能的途径,并寻得了最优的PI控制参数.
Built a force- control model of HGC (hydraulic gauge control) system of 1 676mm fourhigh cold continuous rolling mills, and analyzed dynamic characteristic of the system using Matlab software to conclude that the system is steady. Through analyzing the factors on dynamic characteristic of HGC system,find an approach to improving system stability and response performance and obtained the best optimized PI parameters.
