摘要
社会发展的评价标准问题是历史唯物主义的一个重大理论问题,也是在构建和谐社会的进程中必须认真解决的一个重大现实问题。从价值视野来理解科学发展观,可以把“以人为本”作为社会发展的一个总的评价标准,这一标准又可以具体化为“全面性”、“协调性”、“可持续性”三个层次。作为价值评价标准的科学发展观,是对以往社会发展观的扬弃,它内在地包含了生产力标准和人的全面发展标准,是对历史唯物主义关于社会发展评价标准理论的丰富和发展,又对构建社会主义和谐社会具有很强的现实针对性和重大的实践指导意义。
The problem of the criterion of social development is an important one in historical materialism, as well as a realistic one to be seriously solved in the construction of harmonious society. It is possible to take ＇ man as the foundation＇ as a general criterion for social development and to understand the scientific developing concept from the value vision field. Such criterion may be really turned into three levels as the ‘comprehensive nature＇, ‘ coordinative nature＇ and ‘ sustainable nature＇. As a criterion of scientific concept, it sublates the past social developing concept, and internally contains the productive force standard and man＇s overall developing standard. It does not only enrich and develop the criterion theory of social development, but also has a strong actual aiming nature and important practical directing meaning against the construction of socialism and harmonious society.
