甘蓝抗病优质品种秦甘60选育及其目标性状评价 被引量:2

摘要 GB9266—18136是利用甘蓝室内苗期人工接种抗病性鉴定和田间自然抗病性鉴定相结合的方法.鉴定筛选出的对TuMV、Br、CMV表现高抗的抗源优质自交不亲和系;使其与优质抗病和配合力高的自交不亲和系JY0501—13431杂交育成抗病优质的甘蓝中早熟秦甘60品种。该品种定植到叶球收获60d左右。植株综合经济性状优良,抗TuMV、Br、CMV病害;中心柱7.1cm,紧实度0.57,帮叶比26.5%;叶质脆甜,富合营养物质,1000g鲜重含粗蛋白11.81g,粗纤维5.97g,可溶糖53.7g,Vc50.1mg,干物质90.2g;单产73005.3kg/hm2以上,比对照黑丰增产10.5%,比对照中甘八号增产13.3%;2002年通过国家农作物品种审定委员会审定。 GB9266-18136 and JYO501-13431 are the self-incompatible (SI) lines with high resistance diseases to TuMV,Br, CMV and good qualities and high combining ability. Its resistance diseases were obtained to the three pathogens by artificial inoculation at seedling and field natural occurrence. Qingan 60 is a F1 hybrid of GB9266-18136 and JYO501-13431T, It is medium-early maturing from planting to harvesting about 60 days or so. It has many excellent characters, such as resistance to TuMV, Br, CMV and quality characters. Its central axis'is 7.1cm height, compactness is 0.57, petiole leaf ratio is 26.5%, leaf is crisp and sweet. Its leaves-head content ll.81g/1000g of crude protein, 5.974g/1000g of crude fiber, 53.7g/1000g of dissolution sugar, 50.1mg/1000g of Vitamin Vc and 90.2g/1000g of dry substance . The average yield is 73005.3Kg/hm^2, 10.5% higher than check variety Heifeng and 13.3% higher than check variety Zhonggan No.8. It was authorized through national variety.
