摘要
介绍了在DZ-1基础上研制开发的新型DZCⅡ-1催化剂的性能与工业应用。该催化剂超负荷应用结果表明,经过标定新开发的催化剂对原料油的适应性较好,连续运转19个月,床层压差、入口温度和床层温升均无变化,创造了国内裂解汽油二段加氢精制催化剂的最好水平。
A new DZCⅡ-1 catalyst was developed on the basis of DZ-1 catalyst for application in second-stage hydrotreating of pyrolysis gasoline. Overload test for 19 months proved that the catalyst has good adaptability to feedstock, with no change in bed pressure drop, inlet temperature and bed temperature rise.
