高胆固醇血症患者内皮依赖性动脉顺应性的相关性研究

摘要 目的探讨内皮依赖性动脉顺应性与高胆固醇血症的临床相关性。方法测量高胆固醇血症患者组及对照组患者大、小动脉弹性指标(C1、C2)和血胆固醇(TC)、甘油三脂(TG)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)及低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)水平。结果高胆固醇血症组C1、C2与对照组比较差异均有显著性意义(t=2.35、3.06,P<0.05或0.01)。C1、C2与LDL-C呈负相关(r=-0.25、-0.44,P<0.05或0.01)。结论HDL-C是内皮依赖性动脉顺应性的影响因素之一,LDL-C与内皮依赖性动脉顺应性相关,在降低内皮依赖性动脉顺应性中起重要作用。 Objective To explore the relationship between endothelial dependent arterial compliance and hypercholeterolemia. Methods 58 patients with hypercholeterolemia and 47 patients with nomalipidemia control subjects (control group) were measured large and small arterial compliance (C1 and C2) and serum cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), serum levels of high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C), low density cholesterol(LDL-C). Results C1 values were lower in hypercholeterolemia groups than those in control groups. (P〈0.05) and C2 is more significant (P〈0.01). Both C1,C2 correlated with the degree of LDL-C, while C2 is the most significant variable for the degree of LDL-C, C2 (r=-0.44, P〈0.01), C1 (r=-0.25, P〈 0.05). Conclusion Hypercholeterolemia affects arterial compliance .LDL-C is corrected with arterial compliance (C1 and C2) and plays an important role with the change of arterial compliance.
