摘要
目的探讨血管腔内940nm激光疗法治疗下肢静脉曲张的疗效.方法局麻、硬膜外麻醉(或腰麻)下,采用血管腔内940nm激光(功率15～25W)连续发射治疗下肢静脉曲张340例;随访12个月观察治疗效果.结果患者术后曲张静脉均消失,术后平均住院时间为3.8(2～16)d;23例术前下肢伴活动性溃疡者中,20例术后10d内愈合,3例术后16d愈合,未发现明显并发症.结论腔内激光疗法简单、有效、安全,较传统手术优势明显;适合传统高位结扎加抽剥术治疗以及下肢静脉曲张较轻者,均可采用.
Objective： To study the effect of laser treatment on varicose veins of lower extremities. Methods ： Using 940nm laser to treat varicose veins under local,or lumbar or epidural anesthesia with a follow-up study of 12 months. Results.. All varicose veins disappear after operation with average hospital stay of 3.8 days, Most patients with active ulcer recovered within 16 days,no severe complications occur. Conclusion ：Endoluminal laser treatment for varicose veins of the lower limbs is simple, effective ,safe and superior to the traditional surgical procedure and the indications are similar.
