摘要
在连续轧染生产工艺中,成功地使用思维士电脑测配色系统,可直接提供纯棉灯芯绒织物硫化染料大样染色的配方。一般1～2次放样即可达到要求。且配方异谱同色指数小,选料精确,大大降低了生产成本,每年可创经济效益达50多万元。
SRICI computerized colour management system has been used successfully in continuous pad dyeing of sulphur dyestuffs. With this system , a bulk dyeing recipe for pure cotton corduroy with sulphurs can be provided directly. In general, satisfactory results can be obtained through sampling for one to two times and the lower metamerism index during making up a prescription and precise distribution of dyes and chemicals also are available. Meanwhile, operating costs can be dramatically reduced and so. the annual economic benefits will be topped over five hundred thousand RMB yuans.
