摘要
在AutoCAD环境下,以ObjectARX为开发工具,以C++为编程语言,在用面向对象方法分析了钣金构件表面交线及钣金构件展开曲线方程的基础上,建立了一个界面友好的钣金构件参数化绘图系统。作者以研究轴心相交的圆柱三通管为例,叙述了该系统的数学建模、参数化绘图系统的构成以及系统功能的实现。该系统可将圆柱三通管的三视图和展开图在AutoCAD上选择不同的比例绘制,实现了合理的两个任意大小、任意厚度、两轴成任意夹角的圆柱三通管的三视图和展开图的参数化CAD。该方法具有快速、准确、修改方便的特点,具有很强的生产设计实用性。
Based on the platform of the drawing software AutoCAD, with the development tools of ObjectARX, with C + + language to program, and by means of the Object Oriented Programming method, the article builds a friendly-interface parameter - driven CAD system of the sheet metal piece on the basis of analysing the surfaceintersected thread and the spreading curvilinear equation of the sheet metal piece. The author takes an example of three-way points of the cylinder with intersected axes and illustrates the mathematic modal, the structure and the function realization of the style. The style can draw the intersected curve of the intersected piece and finishes drawing on the AutoCAD three-view picture and the evolve drawing of three-way point of the cylinder by chosing different scales. It realizes the CAD of three-view picture and spreading picture of three-way point of the cylinder with intersected axes at the reasonable arbitrary size, thickness and relative position. This method is fast, accurate and easy to modified. At the same time it is very useful in the production.
