摘要
从国家能源战略的角度出发,介绍了分布式能源及其发展概况；从环境压力、能源需求状况、电力发展及安全、提高能效、建设新的经济增长点等方面,论述了发展分布式能源的紧迫性及面临的机遇；探索了分布式能源的融资、建设和运营模式；提出了发展分布式能源应注意的问题；展望了分布式能源的发展前景。
From the aspect of national energy strategy, introduces the distributed energy and its development situation. From the aspects of environment stress, energy need situation, power development and security, efficiency increase, building new economy increase point, discusses the urgency and opportunity to develop distributed energy; explores the financing, building and operating mode of distributed energy; points out the problems should be paid atlention and development prospect.
