摘要
通过对共同犯罪成立各要素剖析,从整体上把握共同犯罪特征。采取细致入微的研究方法,从共同犯罪构成的主体条件、客观条件、主观条件三个基本要素入手进行分析,以达到从根本上把握共同犯罪的犯罪构成的目的。
This article is established on the base of the analysis of various essential factors to the common crime, grasping the common crime totally, and through the study method of slightly, considering the three basic essential factors which are consist of the common crime constitution main body condition, the objective condition, the subjective condition, achieves the goal of grasping the essence of the crime constitution of the common crime fundamentally.
