摘要
阐述了一炼钢L3制造命令管理、出钢计划编制、炉次确定的功能及实现。结合数据库的特点,讨论了该系统如何合理安排数据表以保证数据的完整一致、高效可靠,同时能够满足用户应用功能需求。系统经实际运行的检验,对于制造命令管理方面达到了设计目标的要求,出钢计划的编制及调整性能已达到了相当水平,减轻了操作人员的工作量,缩短了生产周期,提高了生产效率。
The product ID, steel tapping planning, and charge confirm work flow and realization of the Baosteel No. 1 steel-making are discussed. According to the characteristics of database, the system arrange data rationalization is analysed to ensure data integrity and high credibility. Meanwhile the function requirement of customer is satisfied. The application results show that, the design level is high, the production benefits are obtained.
