摘要
采集501种中药材样本,分别进行粉螨的分离、鉴定及计数,并利用统计学方法进行多样性分析,共检获粉螨49种,隶属于7科25属。粉螨的平均孳生密度为77.69只/g,物种丰富度指数为3.31,物种多样性指数为5.88,物种均匀度指数为1.51。其群落组成呈多样化。
Objective To investigate the constitution and diversity of Acaridida community in storaged Chinese traditional medicines. Methods The swatches of 501 kinds of Chinese traditional medicines were collected, and the Acarid mites were separated, identified and counted respectively, then the statistics methods were used to analyze the community diversity. Results 49 species of the Acarid mites were found in the aggregate,belonging to 25 genera, 7 families. The average breeding density of the mites was 77.69/g,and the species richness index was 3.3,the diversity index was 5.88,the evenness index was 1.51. Conclusions The constitution of Acaridida community in storaged Chinese traditional medicines takes on diversification in Huainan region,and the polluted situation can't be neglected. Different species of mites vary in aspects of breeding conditions and diet.
