摘要
大型火电工程建设项目的管理和控制是火电工程建设的重要组成部分。火电工程建设的复杂性和特殊性,决定了项目管理与控制是一项复杂、繁琐、强度大的系统工程,并且贯穿火电工程建设的全过程。国外早已应用计算机辅助项目管理的模式,对建设中产生的大量工程数据进行处理、统计、分析和评价,以便了解工程情况、掌握工程进度,形成一个涵盖总承包方各管理部门的工程项目管理信息系统。而国内火电厂基建MIS的开发及应用仍处于起步阶段,建立基建MIS已成为火电基建项目管理现代化、信息化的重要组成部分。文中以某发电工程为例,扼要阐述了该工程基建MIS的总体设计方案,以及各个管理系统的设计、功能、配置和运行方面的情况。
The management and control of construction project for large thermal power plant is the important composition part of construction, which is a systematic project with complex, fussy and big strength. The pattern of computer supplementary project management has been used abroad for a long period, which formed a project management information system covering each management department of contractor to handle, analyze, appraise and make statistics for the plenty of project data during construction in order to know project condition and grasp project progress. Development and application of capital construction MIS in domestic thermal power plant are still in the beginning stage. Establishing MIS of capital construction system has become the important composition part of the power project management modernization and informative process. As an example of the power generation project, this paper elaborated briefly the overall design scheme of capital construction MIS of this project, as well as the condition of design, function, disposition and operation of every management system.
