摘要
对非营利组织的研究可以有很多不同的角度,本文的研究对象是我国非营利组织对项目性活动的管理。本文采用文献分析、经验实证和个案调研相结合的方法,分析了应用项目管理对我国非营利组织生存与发展所起的作用,对其特点进行了总结和归纳,并就项目管理在非营利组织的系统应用,提出了建设性的意见。希望能更好地发挥非营利组织在我国社会政治和经济生活中的积极作用。
There are various angles to study Non-Profit Organization （NPO） and this thesis studies the management of the project activities in China＇s NPO. With the combination of documental consultation, empirical demonstration and case study, this thesis points out the significance of project management to the survival and development of China＇s NPO, analyzes the characteristics of projects and project management in China＇s NPO, and provides constructive advice for the systematic application of project management in China＇s NPO.
Hopefully this thesis will prompt the leaders of China＇s NPO to attach more importance to project management. Through the systematic application of project management, China＇s NPO will play an active role in the political and economic life of China.
