摘要 以大浮标为搭载,建立以PC104工控机为控制核心的远洋立体监控平台,此平台通过串口时分通信方式对监测设备进行通信与控制,通过GPS接收机授时进行同步数据采集,监测数据以RINEX格式进行存档与压缩,以基于检错重发、断点续传机制的铱星通信方式上传监测数据和下载遥控指令;实验证明,本系统性能稳定,通信效率高,适用于远洋资源和环境的遥测遥控。 An ocean stereo monitoring platform is built on a PC104 industrial control computer, which is carried by a buoy on the ocean. The computer communicates with all monitoring instruments, which are timely synchronized by GPS time to acquire data, by serial port in virtue of time division multiple access. All monitoring data is archived and compressed in format of RINEX ( Receiver Independent Exchange). The uploading data and down- loading control command to and from control center is transferred by iridium communication in form of automatic retransmission request and broken - point continuing. It is proved that the system is applicable to monitor ocean resources and environment because of its stability and good communication efficiency.
