摘要 目的研究HSP70在乐果染毒U87细胞中的保护作用。方法预先给予细胞43℃热应激1 h,然后以浓度为100μmol/L的乐果对细胞分别进行4、8、16 h染毒,染毒结束测AChE和SOD活性并与未经热应激诱导组比较。结果在不同染毒时间,预先经热应激处理的试验组,其AChE及SOD活性都较直接染毒的对照组高,差异有非常显著性(P<0.01),酶活性的变化率在不同时间组间的差异也具有非常显著性(P<0.01)。结论预先进行热应激诱导对乐果染毒U87细胞具有保护作用。 Objective To investigate the protective effect of HSP70 in U87 cell line treated with dimethoate. Methods In the treated group, the U87 ceils were incubated in 43℃ environment for 1 hour previously. Then both treated and control group were incubated with dimethoate of concentration of 100μmol/L, for 4 h. 8 h. 16 h separately. After incubation, the activity of AChE and SOD were tested and compared between different groups. Results The enzyme activities in treated group were higher than control group at different incubation time and the difference was significant (P〈0.01) . Meanwhile, the change ratio of enzyme activities had significant difference among different incubation groups (P〈0.01) . Conclusion Previous heat incubation has protective effect in U87 cell lines treated with dimethoate.
