摘要
近年来,新药不断开发,临床上应用的药物种类也愈来愈多,急性药物中毒的发病率有逐年上升趋势,其中毒原因和途径各异,病变也日趋复杂,给临床医师及时正确诊断和治疗带来许多麻烦。急性药物中毒病人如能在早期采取综合性急救措施,绝大多数病人是可以获救康复的,该文就急性药物中毒的国内研究动态,作一简要介绍,以利今后临床救治工作。
With the development of new drugs, more and more drugs have been used in the clinic. This resulted in the occurrence increment of acute drug poisoning recently. The causes of poisoning and exposure ways were different and the clinical characteristics varied greatly, which bought medical doctor lots of trouble in the diagnosis and treatment of these poisonings. In fact, most suffers can be cured if the comprehensive measures can be taken in the early stage. This article reviewed some study results about the drug poisoning and the information will benefit the treatment of drug poisoning in the future.
