摘要
应用放射免疫分析法测定46例急性脑血管病患者血浆内皮素(ET)含量。结果表明,脑梗塞和脑出血患青的血浆 ET 含量均高于对照组(P<0.001),而脑出血与脑缺血患者血浆 ET 含量无明显差异(P>0.05),提示 ET 在急性脑血管病所致的脑损伤中起着重要的作用。
using radio-immunoassay,the plasma level of endothelin was measured in 46 cases of the patients with acute cerebrovascular diseases(including 26 cases of patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage and 20 cases of patients with acute cerebral infarction).The results revealed the plasma level of endothelin both in the patients with cerebral infarction and in the ones with cerebral hemorrhage increased remarkably compared with that in the normal(P<0.01).There was no significant difference in the plasma level of endothelin between the patients with cerebral infarction and cerebral hemorrhage so that it suggested that the endothelin may play an important role in the cerebral damage.
