摘要
主要定量论述了住宅套型设计中各种档次各种功能房间的合理尺寸。这些不同功能的房间大致有主卧室、次卧室、客房、书房、儿童房、保姆房、健身房、客厅、家庭厅、餐厅、门斗或门厅、厨房、公共卫生间、主卧卫生间、储藏间、楼梯间、南阳台、北阳台等共约18种。为了保证家具摆放、使用和人的活动的“适用”或“舒适”或“高舒适”要求,各种功能房间均有个合理尺寸要求。这些合理尺寸主要指房间的开间和进深。
This article presents a quantitative analysis of the rational size of room with various functions in housing design. The rooms with various functions, such as bedroom, studying, living room, etc. are 18 kinds in all. To satisfy the house-holder with personal living requirements and meet furniture placing, every functionoriented room has a rational size, including stretch and depth.
