摘要
目的:观察糖尿病鼠动脉组织的形态学改变和基因谱变化。方法:21只SD雄性大鼠随机分为正常组9只和链脲佐菌素诱导糖尿病模型组12只,4周后取其主动脉,HE染色,光镜下观察其形态,并用基因芯片技术分析两组之间差异表达的基因谱。结果:糖尿病组主动脉组织形态学上未见到明显的改变,但筛选出109条有显著差异性表达的基因。结论:短期高糖导致各种基因的异常表达先于组织形态学的变化。
Objective: Observing the morphological alterations of artery and Searching the altered gene expression of artery by DNA microarray in diabetic rats. Methods :21 male SD rats were randomly divided in normal control group(n= 9) and STZ-induced diabetic group (n = 12). After 4 weeks, the morphological alterations of aorta were observed using light microscope. The altered gene expression was performed by cDNA microarray. Results: There was no markedly difference in morphological alterations between groups. We had got 109 genes that expressed differently, 87 elevated, 22 depressed. Conclusion: The altered gene expression is prior to the morphological changes of aorta in short term hyperglycemia.
