摘要
研究了不同授粉方式对桃(Prunus persica)无花粉品种豫农6号、砂子早生坐果率的影响.结果表明,人工喷雾授粉和人工点授均能显著提高桃无花粉品种的坐果率,其中人工喷雾授粉效果较好,坐果率分别比2003年和2004年的对照(自然授粉)提高2.87倍和3.24倍;人工喷雾授粉时以花粉,蔗糖,蒸馏水的质量比为1∶37.5∶250为好.
Study was conducted on the effects of different pollination ways (artificial-spray and artificial-spot) on the fruit-setting of two Prunus persica no pollination varieties Yunong-6 and Shazizaosheng. The result showed both kinds of pollination ways could improve fruit-setting obviously, and the former was better. In contrast with the control (natural pollination) in 2003 and 2004, the fruit-setting ratio increased respectively by 2.87 times and 3.24 times. Different concentrations of sucrose and pollen also affect the fruit-setting ratio obviously, however, pollen, sucrose distilled water molar proportion equal to 1 : 37.5 : 250 is the optimal proportion for spraying in the artificial-spray pollination.
