摘要
在阐述电网故障诊断必要性和重要意义,以及分析目前电网故障诊断实际现状和实现条件的基础上,提出了一基于故障信息系统平台的面向区域电网的故障诊断系统,给出了其具体的实现方案,并按照电网故障后事故处理流程以及故障信息的层次性等特点,设计了诊断系统的主要功能模块,以此来满足电网事故后分析的各层次的功能需求。文中就诊断知识挖掘、故障简报形成、故障时序分析模块的功能、算法以及难点等方面做了详细论述。
The necessity and important meaning of study on power system fault diagnosis are discussed, and the actual state and realizing condition of fault diagnosis system for power system are analyzed. A regional-power-system-oriented fault diagnosis system frame is presented, which is based on fault information system, and its implementary project is given. And main function modules are projected according to fault processing flow and layered characteristics of fault information is given. Any function requirement produced at each hierarchy of fault analysis process can be met bY this diagnosis system. Some aspects of diagnosis knowledge mine module, fault briefing module and event time-sequencing analyzing module, such as function, algorithm and nodus etc., are discussed in detail in this paper.
