摘要
通过对咖啡壶口衬垫注塑件的外形结构、技术要求、生产批量等要素进行综合分析,在满足塑件精度和使用要求的前提下,采用了相对经济实用和结构简单的强制脱模结构的注射模设计方案。对注塑件的工艺分析、确定模具结构及设计核心零件的过程作了阐述,为注射模具工程设计人员提供了一种简单、经济的设计思路。
Through the general analysis to the factors of appearance structure, technical requirement and mass production of coffeepot mouth liner, in the term of meeting part precision and function requirements, the solution of relatively economic and simply structural forced demouding injection mold is employed. Technical analysis of injection part, determination of mold structure and the design process and core part are described. It provides a simple and economic design idea for injection mold designers.
