摘要
食品安全已成为社会关注的突出问题,消费者对食品的要求已由数量提升到质量。传统恩格尔系数弊端是,食品支出中仅反映人们对食品消费的数量要求而非质量要求。恩格尔质量系数的提出弥补了这一不足,并与传统恩格尔系数结合,共同对人们生活水平做出准确评价。
Food safety has been an outstanding problem concerned by society. The consumers demand ot rood has been advanced from quantity to quality. Incorrectness of tradition Engel's Coefficient is that it expresses only the quantity not the quality of food consumption in food expenditure. Engel's Quality Coefficient makes up the shortage, and make out true evaluation on the people's standard of living with tradition Engel's Coefficient.
