摘要
很多中小型制造企业已经实施了ERP系统,但许多企业在其供应商评估以及选择过程中仍存在着主观因素过多等问题。本文重点讨论了如何建立多角度、全方位的综合评估指标体系,进而论述了如何在ERP系统的基础上,使企业建立符合自身特点的、规范的供应商评估系统,从而保证整个评估过程的公平、公正。
At present, a lot of medium and small-scale manufacturing companies have already implemented ERP system, but still there are excessively subjective factors while they assessing and choosing their suppliers. This paper has discussed how to set up a comprehensive criterion system, and also introduced how to found an evaluating system based on ERP according with the own characteristic of the enterprise. Thus we can guaranteed the fairness of the assessment.
