稀土对镍铜合金铸铁耐碱蚀性能的影响 被引量:8

摘要 采用动态失重法测定稀土镍铜合金铸铁在高温浓碱液中的腐蚀速度;用光学显微镜观察显微组织。结果表明:随着稀土含量的增加,稀土镍铜合金铸铁的珠光体基体细化,石墨形态由C型片状过渡到蠕虫状+球状,但是超过一定含量,白口倾向严重;当稀土含量为0.05%时,镍铜合金铸铁试样的耐蚀性较好。 The corrosion rate of Re-Ni-Cu alloy cast iron in hot concentrated alkaline solution was measured by the dynamic hydrometer method; the microscopics of alloy were observed by microscope. The results show that with rare-earth increased, the pearlitic structures are refined, the C model flake graphites are changed into quasiflake graphites and globular graphites, but when it is forereached ,the chilling tendency is increased greatly; the caustic corrosion resistance of alloy cast iron with 0.05% RE is better.
