摘要
磷酸车间沉降槽泥磷泄漏燃烧事故,具有事故本身不严重、损失小、但处置难度大的特点,因其泄漏部位特殊,先后采用了六种战术措施对事故进行处置,是一个较典型的多部门联合成功处置化学灾害事故的案例。
A phosphorus slurry leaked burning accident was disposed completely in the trough of subsidence for phosphoric acid workshop six kinds of tactical measures were taken because the leaky position of phosphorous slurry was special. The accident itself was not serious and caused a little loss, but its disposal was difficult. This was a classic case that several departments allied to dispose of chemical disaster accident successfully. The writer of the paper will discuss the chemical accident disposal with readers so that we can summary experiences and draw lesson.
