摘要
提出了一种环保型高压混合气体IG 541固定灭火系统管路设计与计算方法,详细区分了灭火系统管路的各种管件,针对不同类型管件采用实际部件尺寸进行流动损失计算,避免了因等效换算而产生的近似。用V isua l B as ic开发了软件,对IG 541灭火系统管路进行了分析计算和选型设计,并通过了灭火系统试验验证。该方法已应用于多项混合气体消防工程设计。
An analysis and design method for the fixed fire-extinguishing system of high-pressure environment-protecting gas mixture IG541 is developed. It distinguishes the each part of pipeline and calculates the pressure loss respectively according to the real size, and avoids the approximation due to the equivalent transformation from non-straight-pipe to straight-pipe. The software is developed using Visual Basic. An IG541 fire-extinguishing pipeline is designed, analyzed, and also validated via the fire-extinguishing experiment. This method has been applied to many fire-extinguishing projects.
