知识经济时代的到来,给科技期刊出版业既带来了机遇也带来了挑战。科技期刊编辑应当坚持科 学的发展观,充分认识知识经济时代赋予科技期刊编辑工作的新内涵,树立主动学习、善于学习、互相学习、 终身学习的工作作风,实现角色的迅速转变和自身素质的全面提升,才能保证科技期刊的可持续发展,创出 名牌期刊、精品期刊,以适应新时期的要求,使我国科技期刊出版业早日走向世界。
With the advent of the knowledge economic times, the opportunities and challenges were brought on editors of scientific ＆ technological journals.The scientific ＆ technological journals editors must adhere to scientific developmental concept, understand the new meaning of scientific ＆ technological journals editor work, build up the work styles of initiative study, being good at study, learning from each other, living and learning, update the knowledge configuration and upgrade their own diathesis, ensure persisting development of scientific ＆ technological journals, create excellent and characteristic journals, adapt the demand of new times, make publishing enterprises of scientific ＆ technological journals to walk up to the world as soon as possible.
